Urban Outfitters has teamed-up with CafePress to offer online T-shirt customization. CafePress is the leading name in on-demand, high quality T-shirt printing.
In the Urban Outfitters’ T-shirt customization shop, customers can easily make their own T-shirts. Just choose a T-shirt among styles, colors, and sizes, and then use the easy design tool to personalize it. Customers can customize their design by selecting artwork templates designed by Urban Outfitters, by uploading photos or artwork, and by adding text. All that’s left to do is order the T-shirt.

Shipping to the U.S.
CafePress offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. CafePress calculates their shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via the carriers' websites. International Shipping

How Do I Check My Order Status?
Check the status of your CaféPress order by visiting your Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.
When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders.
If your order has been shipped via UPS, you may track it using links provided in your order detail.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, log-in and view your tracking number via your order history.
Most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. It may take up to 1 business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website from the date your order is shipped. Order tracking is available for orders placed within the last 60 days.
Am I able to change my order?
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item or alter your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. Customer Service may be able to fulfill your request, depending on your order's status in production. You can reach Customer Service at CafePress via email at support@cafepress.com, or call Customer Service at 1-877-809-1659 to update your shipping method before your order is shipped.
How do I Cancel an Order?

What is the Return Policy?
CafePress.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products offered in the Urban Outfitters Custom Shoppe. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and CafePress will send you a Returns Merchandise Authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Care Instructions
You might notice that new T-shirt products feel stiff. Don't worry; they will soften after the first wash.
CafePress suggests: Wash in cold water. DO NOT BLEACH. Tumble-dry with low heat. If necessary, warm iron inside out.
Payment Methods
Orders placed with CafePress are processed separately from urbanoutfitters.com. If you have placed items in your cart from urabnoutfitters.com, you will need to complete your purchase there.
CafePress.com accepts credit cards, PayPal, CafeCash and CafePress.com Gift Cards as payment. CafePress accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards (as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above). You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Paying by Check Card? If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.
Gift Cards issued by CafePress are valid for purchases of CafePress merchandise only and cannot be used to make purchases at Urban Outfitters stores or on urbanoutfitters.com. Likewise, Urban Outfitters issued Gift Cards cannot be used to make purchases for CafePress merchandise.

Sales Tax
CafePress has a physical presence in California, Kentucky, Nevada, Washington and North Carolina. Orders shipping to these states are subject to sales tax. Tax rates are based on the shipped to address.

Dark T-Shirts
When designing non-white t-shirts, keep in mind the white areas of your designs will no longer be treated as transparent when printing on non-white t-shirts. For non-white t-shirts, the color white will actually get printed. For non-white t-shirts we treat white as white. For example, whites of the eyes will be white, not the color of the garment. This also means that if your design has a white background, you'll see a white square printed around your design. To avoid this you'll want to create and upload transparent images to obtain professional looking t-shirt designs.
For best results on black, CafePress recommends saving all files as 24 bit PNG.
Uploading Content
CafePress’s system will filter out any images that do not meet the minimum requirements of 100 dpi and 200 pixels in height and width. Please make sure that the images you are uploading meet those minimum requirements.
CafePress only accepts bitmap files for upload. CafePress does not accept vector files at this time. If you save your EPS file as a bitmap you will be able to upload it.
Generally speaking, JPG and PSD files work well for files that are anywhere up to 10 MB in size.
TIF and PNG files work well for images that are up to 4 MB in size.
For images that are above 10 MB in size, CafePress strongly suggests using only JPG files.
All uploaded content must adhere to CafePress’s content usage policy.

CafePress uses state of the art digital printing presses to print your t-shirts. These aren't what you see down at the local copy shop. Each press employs the most cutting edge technology to create high quality prints. All images are printed at 144 lines per inch creating beautiful detailed output. CafePress.com is dedicated to using the best presses in the world; they are constantly attending industry shows and upgrading their presses whenever quality can be increased.
