What is Society6?
Urban Outfitters has teamed up with Society6, an International artist community representing more than 70 countries worldwide, to bring you
the PRINT SHOP. We will continue to curate our favorite products from the Society6 artists to bring you the highest quality art prints,
iPhone and laptop skins. Once your order is placed, Society6 will produce your item(s) and ship it directly to you.

How Can I Make My Artwork Available Through The "Print Shop"?
If you are an Artist who would like to have your work considered for the Print Shop, or for other Collaborations between Urban Outfitters
and Society6, all you need to do is register at
http://www.society6.com/register
Once registered, click on 'Account' from the Society6 drop-down menu, then click 'Partnerships' and check the box to make your Prints that
you Post to Society6 eligible for sale through the Print Shop on UrbanOutfitters.com. If selected by Urban Outfitters, your Print prices
will be adjusted to the then current retail prices.
How Do I Place An Order?
When you see an item you like, click on "add to bag" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on
"Checkout" from your bag to confirm your items, and enter your shipping and payment information. Once you've verified your information is
correct, click on "Place My Order" to finish.
Urbanoutfitters.com Promotions & Discounts
Promotions and discounts featured on urbanoutfitters.com are not available for orders placed with Society6.
Payment and Processing
Payment and processing for items ordered from the PRINT SHOP will be handled by Society6. If you've placed items in your shopping bag
on urbanoutfitters.com, you'll need to complete your purchase there separately. If you'd like to view items you've added to your

Payment Options
Society6 accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Unfortunately, Urban Outfitters issued gift cards cannot be used
to make purchases in the Society6 Print Shop.
Secure Ordering
Society6 uses SSL to encrypt our checkout pages. SSL is the leading standard for encrypting and transmitting sensitive data over the web.
When you see "https" rather than "http" in your browser's address window, you are exchanging encrypted data with our server. This will
prevent outsiders from obtaining any credit card information or personal data as it is sent to our servers.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order Once It Is Submitted?
Once an order is submitted Society6 will immediately begin preparing it and cannot make changes. Please make sure to confirm all order
details prior to submitting the order.
Shipping to a Different Address
During Checkout, you can specify a different shipping address than your billing address.
International Shipping
International shipping charges (all orders outside the U.S.) DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon
entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Shipping Carrier
Society6 uses FedEx for all orders, including International, to ensure that your products get to you quickly and without damage. Your
order will ship within approximately 3 business days from the time it is submitted (this does not include FedEx delivery time). Shipping
charges are calculated at checkout by FedEx.
If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple packages on different days. Please use the FedEx tracking numbers
provided in your shipping confirmation email to track the progress of multiple items.
Order Confirmations
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that Society6 has received your order. You will receive a second
email containing your FedEx tracking number(s) when your order ships.

How Do I Check My Order Status?
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the "Order Status" link in your order confirmation email.
If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package.
Returns Policy
If you received a defective or wrong item, Society6 will happily replace it. Please contact Society6 Customer Support via email at
support@society6.com. As part of the replacement, you will be required to send
the defective or wrong item back to Society6, and they will reimburse you for the return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
